Terms and Conditions for customer loyalty points program

Welcome to the Marine World Aquatics customer loyalty points program! By participating in our program, you agree to the following terms and conditions, as well as our privacy policy, which can be accessed here.

Registration

In order to fully benefit from our loyalty points program, you must first register with us. Simply visit the "My Account" section on our website and provide a valid and unique email address to create your account. Please ensure that the information you provide during registration is accurate and complete, as we may not be able to register you otherwise.

Earning Points

Earning points is easy! For every £1 you spend at the Marine World Aquatics store or on our official website, you will earn 1 point. Additionally, you can earn 5 points just for signing up. We may also offer additional points for reviewing products you have already purchased, with a maximum cap on the number of additional points you can earn.

Please note that we reserve the right to exclude certain products from earning points at our discretion, and there may be a cap on the total number of points you can earn. If you have any queries regarding the points you have earned, you can contact us within 28 days of the eligible transaction.

Using Points

Once you have accumulated points, you can use them towards future purchases. Points are valid for 52 weeks from the date of earning. When redeeming your points, the value of each redemption will be deducted from the final transaction price after all other coupons, offers, and promotions have been applied.

Please be aware that any special conditions or offers relating to our loyalty points program may modify the terms and conditions outlined here. Additionally, it is important to protect your account with a secure password as we are not responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

Cancelling Your Account

If you wish to cancel your account, you can do so at any time by contacting us. However, please note that once your account is cancelled, you will no longer be able to earn or redeem any additional points. Any points you have already collected but not redeemed will be forfeited.

Our Obligations and Rights

We reserve the right to end, change, or suspend the loyalty points program at any time, with or without notice. We may also correct any incorrect point balances without prior notification. Please be aware that we have the right to transfer our rights and obligations under these terms and conditions without your consent, including in the event of a sale of our business.
